Retainer packages
A retainer package gives you a pre-paid, fixed amount of hours per month (minimum 2-month commitment), to be used as needed. This allows you to budget monthly, without any surprise costs!

- Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes
- Packages do not carry over from month-to-month
- Retainer hours include briefing time
Bespoke Projects and Ad-Hoc Hours
A project package is suitable for those who have a task or project with a clear beginning and end, that needs to be completed within a certain time frame. A discovery call initiates this package, after which you will be sent a personalised project brief created to fit your requirements, outlining the proposed delivery of your project, the estimated project duration and the cost of delivery.
